Hualālai Grille
The Hualālai Grille, located above the Club Shop at Hualālai Resort is open to residents, resort guests and the local community. The island-style sports bar will offer unique gastro pub cuisine, including specialty sandwiches, island fresh fish, soup, appetizers and signature cocktails in a casual yet contemporary setting. Guests can enjoy local fresh ingredients while watching the most current sports events and admiring stunning ocean and golf course views.
California-based interior design and architecture firm EDG evoked a contemporary club feel with dark wood flooring and seven large flat screen televisions. Executive Sous Chef James Ebreo oversees the menu featuring the best farm-to-table ingredients prepared using techniques and flavors of the Asia-Pacific region. Signature dishes include the “Three Pointer” a tostada with Kona Cold Lobster, avocado, tomato, black bean and Hilo sweet corn. "Touchdown" coconut ginger crusted Opakapaka with Maui onion vinaigrette and "Home Run" grilled New York steak, boursin cheese and Mac Nut "chilichurri" just to name a few.

There is nothing else like it on the Big Island and we have been very pleased with the response.”
Hualālai Grille offers an extensive cocktail menu including the “19th Hole” Absolut Ruby Red Vodka, fresh squeezed Kohala grapefruit and lime juices and agave nectar. Another signature “Lemonasia” Hāmākua ginger infused sky vodka, shaken with fresh squeezed lemons, agave syrup and Shiso leaves served over ice and topped off with sparkling water. In addition, Hualālai Grille’s wine list includes both wines by the glass and bottle, priced from $10/glass and $60/bottle. A billiards table and 16 foot shuffleboard, along with high-tops, communal tables and a wrap around outdoor lānai makes Hualālai Grille a great place for families, couples and get-together’s.
