Bikram Yoga
Bikram method hot yoga is a 26-posture yoga sequence with two breathing exercises, done in a heated room. Come tone, stretch and strengthen in this 80-minute class. Sign up early as class size is limited.

Sunrise Yoga
Let the beauty of the tropical landscape and ocean breezes help you relax deeply and feel refreshed. The focus is on breathing, stretching and relaxing. No experience necessary.

Heated Vinyasa Yoga
Heating the room as your body warms up; this yoga session will promote strength, flexibility and relaxation. Leave feeling energized. Sign up early as class size is limited.

Aloha Yoga Flow
This class incorporates the flowing sequences of yoga postures with an emphasis on linking breath to movement, and on building strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. All levels welcome.

Yoga for Strength and Flexibility
This class in the Hatha Yoga style offers a mixture of strengthening poses to build endurance and increase flexibility. A mixture of flow, repetition of poses and timed holding offers excellent conditioning, improving balance, coordination and strength. Some Yoga experience is preferred.

Hawaiian Healing Yoga™
This class combines the healing practices of yoga with the soothing acoustic sounds of Hawai'i that will relax, rejuvenate and put you in a calm state of mind.
