Adult Swim Workout
Instructor will put you through a 50-minute lap workout and stroke assessment. Swimmers with experience welcome.
Barre Fusion Training
You want "barre" work? You got it! 60 minutes of contouring and chiseling using your own body weight, light weights and the Bender Ball. Through dynamic exercises, your muscles are targeted and overloaded to the point of fatigue, then stretched for relief.
Body Fit
Combines powerhouse moves and stances developed from a range of self-defense disciplines including karate, kickboxing, Tai Chi and Tae Kwando. It is an empowering athletic workout that will stimulate your mind as well as your body!

A 50-minute express workout to target your lower body. Lots of great legwork & abdominal action.
Complimentary Fitness Walk
Start your day with a brisk, energetic "fitness" walk around the beautiful golf course and beach. This walk is based on a 15 minute mile pace.
Keiki Drum, Dance and Rhythms *
This exclusive Hualālai class is geared to create memories. Combine simple, dynamic movements with drum rhythms for an experience your child will remember. Ages 5 to 9. Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult.
Mommy, Daddy and Me Swim
Parents, introduce your young child to the water in a safe and nurturing environment at the pool.
Ocean Jog
Experience our healing waters and the essence of Hualālai. You will be supported by a jog belt and aloha as you exercise your entire body, mind and spirit in the beautiful Pacific Ocean.
Spinning
Terrain training, including hills, flat roads, bumps, jumps, interval and recovery. You'll use a variety of training methods: RPM, Rate of Perceived Exertion, heart rate zones and % of intensity.
Spin-Zone
Increase your cardio and endurance with interval training using heart rate monitors to track specific heart rate zones.
Sports Pump
This weight-training workout uses the barbell system to tone and condition every muscle in your
body. With muscular endurance as the focus, you will experience the benefits of high repetitions.
Swim Lessons
Make swimming a part of your fitness program. Let our certified aquatic staff teach you to swim more efficiently. Private lessons will improve strokes, flexibility and endurance. All levels welcome.
Pilates Apparatus Training)
Using the Pilates-Stick is an innovative piece of equipment that incorporates much of the pilates exercises you traditionally do on a reformer, cadillac or wall unit. Having "silastics" as the resistive tool, you will learn to use your body positioning to maximize your pilates training.
Pilates Mat
Building upon core abdominal and back strength, Pilates mat training develops optimal strength, flexibility and posture without building bulk or stressing your joints. Based on the principals of Joseph H. Pilates.
Pilates Reformer Training
The Reformer is gliding platform on which one can sit, kneel, stand or lie on their front, back or side. The user pushes and pulls off the foot bar using the arms, legs, wrists and ankles to slide back and forth along the rails in a controlled manner while the tension in the springs gently works the muscles.
PiYo
This is a fusion of both Yoga and Pilates, combining energetic powerful moves into a fluid, challenging workout. You will leave energized, relaxed and centered.
Water Aerobics
A variety of kicking, water jogging and cardio movements will leave you invigorated and refreshed. Come enjoy our Hawaiian sun while cooling in our waters.
Zumba
Latin style rhythms that are easy-to-follow feature interval training where fast and slow rhythms are combined to tone and sculpt your body while buring fat. Come join the party!
