Aquaculture Farms
Here at Hualālai the Natural Resources Department maintains two different types of aquaculture farms.
In keeping with our goal of Resort sustainability and having our restaurants provide the freshest food available, the Natural Resources Department maintains an aquaculture program to raise fresh seafood. We are currently providing our Restaurants with fresh oysters grown in the pristine waters of Punawai lake. This lake is fed with saltwater pulled from wells deep within the lava. Look for other seafood products in the future, fresh from our farm.
