Reservations are required one day prior to the activity. Call Concierge at (808) 325-8043 (in-house, dial 8043)
If you must reschedule or cancel an appointment, please let us know no later than 24 hours prior to the activity to avoid a late cancellation fee.
Cancellation of an activity is possible when ocean conditions are deemed unsafe by the Natural Resources Department. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be given.
